Muscles that were never deconditioned
Severe muscle pain during every fever, heavy limbs, and a crushing exhaustion that rest did not fix — all of it filed as deconditioning or depression. This module builds muscle from filament to fiber and reads those episodes as one metabolic process.
The findings this module reads together
During attacks, diffuse muscle pain arrived with the fever, and her limbs felt heavy and weak. After the fever broke came days of exhaustion out of all proportion to what she had done. A statin trial added muscle aches on top, blurring the picture further.
The labels she collected — slow recovery, deconditioning, sometimes depression — all assume the muscle is the problem. Track the calcium instead. The mineral her osteoclasts were pulling out of bone is the same ion that switches muscle on, and the cytokines driving her fevers are the ones burning her muscle for fuel.
